Clacksfirst BID Annual General Meeting

We recently held our Annual General Meeting where the theme of the BID Manager, Kevin Deighan’s presentation was ‘What has the BID ever done for us’?

Not a question we are asked frequently, but it is one that is asked nonetheless and we’re happy to answer it, as it serves as a reminder to all of us that the BID works as a collective, for a collective.

As part of that collective, if your business engages with the BID, it is highly likely that you will not be asking the question of what the BID does rather, you will be benefiting from a funded, weekly dry, mixed recycling service as well as our wood recycling service.

You will also be aware that the BID has CCTV cameras throughout the BID area and that we have mobile security patrols during the night.

The BID also gives member businesses access to their online training academy, where you will find 30 accredited courses to suit most sectors.

These are just some of the projects and services delivered by Clacksfirst BID and we would love to give every levy payer a greater understanding of what they can benefit from by being closer to the BID.

Of course, there is a recognition that a BID exists, not only to save its members money, but also time and we realise your time is valuable.
